Next generation of hockey development.

Why choose us?

Our mission is to unlock your players ability. We’re not here to reinvent hockey training, but will ignite advancement in their game with our training. Our team will appropriately teach, correct, guide, and adjust players for next level performance. AMPED Hockey trained players will understand TSO (Time and Space creates Opportunities), proper skating techniques, and hockey IQ. Plus, we work on passing, stickhandling and shooting during most of our drills.

We focus on core hockey skills and build them at an age-appropriate pace over the course of the Spring, Summer, and Fall. A one-week clinic is a lot of fun, but doesn’t help a player develop and build long-term muscle memory. If your player is looking for proven results then AMPED Hockey is the training for you.

Our curriculum provides your player with the building blocks focused on the impact of long-term player development. We talk to our athletes about nutrition, mindset and healthy decisions. We show them why being a student of the game is important and why building a foundation of certain skills are needed to reach the next level.

Skating: We focus on edge work and power skating, but it’s the biomechanics of the hockey player that matters. We focus on Game Performance Skating and make sure players are developing correctly. (With select packages we provide in session video analysis to ensure the players stride is correct and body positioning is properly aligned. This ensures optimum power through out their skating.)

Offense and Defense Training: We divide into individual groups and work on skills that are specific to the position (offense and defense). Then we will combine together for drills that will allow the players to implement their new skills. Finally, we end in a small area game to apply in situations.

On Ice Circuit: Every two weeks we have our players do one of our specific designed on-ice skills circuit. This is where your player will test their limits and see how they’ve improved over the two weeks.
