Michael Metz - Director of Hockey Operations

Mike is certified by the Hockey Institute (CHSC), USA Hockey, and the AAU. He brings over 35 years of hockey experience to the rink as a coach, a player, and a specialized skill development instructor. Mike started playing hockey almost before he could walk, continued playing through high school hockey, and finished his career in the juniors minors in Mississauga, ON. Mike is extremely passionate about everything hockey along with extending his knowledge of the game to the next generation of players. Mike’s primary focus beyond the business operations is focusing on analyzing players biomechanics. Mike will then work with your player on correcting the mechanics to improve their game. Mike spends hours researching and designing drills that will improve your players game and take them to the next level.

Jad Ramsay – Director of On-ice Development

Jad played both college and semi-pro hockey where he won a championship with the Orlando Seals. After hanging up the player skates Jad started his scouting career as both an amateur and professional scout.  Jad started with the New York Islanders, then moved on to the Chicago Blackhawks where he was a part of two Stanley Cup Championships.
Recently Jad was the head coach for the Tier1 AAA U14 North East Wisconsin Junior Gamblers. Jad lead them to the national championships where they finished 3rd overall in the nation. Jad comes from a long history of hockey greatness and enjoys developing hockey players of all ages.
